Global Spec Desk

Contact Mitsubishi Electric for heat pump specs, dealer routing, and VRF consultations

Reach the team that maps ductless, Hyper-Heating H2i, and City Multi systems to your design temperatures, zoning intent, and commissioning timeline.

Response SLA 1 business day for complete load and zoning packages

Direct Channels

Three ways to reach the Mitsubishi Electric building systems desk

Choose the channel that matches your stage. Early design teams usually start with capacity tables and ambient curves; late-stage teams send refrigerant pathway drawings and BMS point lists.

When heat pumps outperform boilers—and when they need help

Project teams sometimes ask the contact desk to declare a universal winner between natural gas boilers and all-electric heat pumps. We will not. We will ask for outdoor design temperatures, envelope air permeability, and whether Hyper-Heating H2i capacity retention is required before recommending a topology. If your brief is innovation-led, bring BMS and smart-building goals. If it is performance-led, bring load calculations and refrigerant pathway constraints first.

The dark split form below routes either path to a specialist who will say when City Multi heat recovery is justified—and when a simpler ductless multi-zone package is the cleaner specification.

What to include in your inquiry

  • Building type and zoning intent
  • Heating/cooling design temperatures
  • Preferred topology: ductless, H2i, or VRF
  • BMS / thermostat integration needs
  • Timeline, region, and dealer preference

Complete packages receive a topology recommendation with capacity table references and next-step dealer routing.
